Step 1: View our terms and conditions to familiarise yourself with how we operate, then use the contact form to advise us of your mail in repair, Please advise us of the issue and fill out your contact details once you have read and understood the terms of repair.
Step 2: Ship your device (preferably by insured service) to the address found at the bottom of the page or in the “Contact” page of the website. Please ensure you include your name and contact details so we can track you on the system, keep you updated and return the device back to you.
Step 3: We receive your device and start the repair. Once diagnosed we will update you with an accurate price. For a rough estimate please use our “purchase services” page of the website. Once we acquire your approval and deemed to be economical to repair we will progress onto step 4. Please note a minimum diagnostic fee of £15 still applies if deemed to be economically unviable to repair.
Step 4: We complete the repair and invoice you for the agreed repair fee. Once the invoice has been paid we will then return the device back to you by priority shipping service. All of our repairs come with a minimum warranty of 3 months (excluding physical damage) for peace of mind.

We aim for the fastest turnaround possible, this is usually same day but on items where we have to specially order components there will be a delay until we receive the necessary components to repair your device. This is then repaired same day once received and shipped out the following day. We have lots of micro soldering experience and have a well kitted out workshop to ensure we can fulfil the most difficult repairs. Please note if components are rare or need special order please allow time for the components to arrive, we will keep you updated on your options throughout the process. We will also notify you if we believe the repair would be beyond economical repair and just a diagnostic fee of £15 would be charged + P&P.

We recommend using an Insured Courier to deliver your Device. Please note we are not liable for any damage caused from the courier company.
